Due to significant offset between TX/RX I tried to align the BFO several times (tnx for advices from the list), but I´m not able to adjust the given frequencies for mark and space, only for CW TX, US

Jim, did you check the BFO alignment as well? Procedure for calibration starts there and you have to readjust the different trimmers several times. As I remember, TCXO calibration is the last step. 7
