Got my C21 about an hour ago, its stuck on the low end of the dial, about 14017 on 20m. It recieves, and it transmits. How the heck do you get the main tuning knob off? I've tried small screw drivers

Just won a C21 on that place yesterday. Set turns on, dial is frozen and thats all the owner knows. I don't think those rigs had a speaker maybe they do but I figure it just needs the PTO rebuilt. Te
