My apologies: "shielded" cable works too! You need to have the model 213 x-talk to properly align 10 meters. But the model 213 x-tal works better. N1SHM ______________________________________________

The jumpers may have been changed! For older 540, SN#<1400 that do NOT have the VFO mod, the jumpers from pin#2to#5 must be removed and reconnected between pins#4and#5. The cable came from the factor
