The 580 doesn't have a frequency lock on it, and I need to make mine able to lock. Does the VFO for the 580 have a frequency lock built into it, and if so, does anyone have one for sale? 73 Mark KQ0I

I guess that's why mine doesn't have one... hi. I don't know what different kind of features could be added to keep the frequency from changing. I expect a very rudimentary one could be anything that

That's good to hear. Guess I'm trying to worry ahead of time and I shouldn't do that. When I get another antenna up, I'll just put it on line and assume it's going to be OK unless I see differently.
