- Lots of choices out there and sort of depends on what you want/need. For a simple kit, I like the NorCal. Easy to build, small, and works well. As does the one TenTec makes. Both come without cabinet

- Thanks, Paul. They look similar, but I think the 291 is a T-network and I believe the 247 is like the old Ultimate Transmatch circuit. USed to use LDGs all the time and jsut don't know the Ten Tec mo
