Yes, it's receive only. I wouldn't trust the switch either, but as a failsafe, it's kind of reassuring.

Yes, Rick. my bad. I noticed that the Wellbrook was over 5 feet in diameter too large for indoor application.

I do know some guys use a time sequencer and/or an automatic receive antenna switch to kill the receiver preamp or isolate the receiver antenna when transmitting, but I would have to research them fo

A receiving loop has its advantages with directional properties. That is about the only good thing I can find about loops unless they are larger than 1/2 wave physically. I realize we all do not have
