If you mean 200 ma not 0.2 ma - very likely a blown transistor in the 81537 FILAMENT_AC board which has the bias regulator transistors and zener on it . Used to be a 2N3055 and a MPSU101 - and 8.2 v

I replaced two sets of meters and they have all been around 2400 ohms and 1 ma full scale. at full scale its 2.3 to 2.4 volts - I have seen no issue whatever with the zeners. One could use 3.9 or 4.3
