- I WAS TO USE THE RIG BLASTER WITH THE SCOUT USING THE CORRECT CABLE FOR TEN TEC RADIOS FROM RIG BLASTER. AUDIO OUT FROM RADIO GOES TO AUDIO IN ON PC. AUDIO OUT ON PC GOES TO AUDIO IN ON RIG BLASTER.
