I am so utterly sick and tired of this sort of reply to criticism of TenTec. If you dare critique a loved one about something going on in their life, do they assume you don't love them just the same?
Several people on this very reflector have claimed they e-mailed key people within TenTec and received no reply. And why not kill several birds with one stone and just have a representative from TenT
