Clark, The RED tagged line of the 243 goes to the OMNI-D VFO-IN and the Black-Tagged goes to the VFO OUT.. The molex goes to the small molex connector. Make sure that the jumper inside to OMNI-D, VFO

OMNI VI plus has only two optional filters in 9MHz I.F. selectable from the front panel. There is a standard filter which I believe is 2.4Mhz and is cascaded with the optional filters. Not sure about

I echo Bill's comments. Mine arrived, S/N 58, in the same manner as his and I had to re-align it and tighten every screw.. No mis-shapen parts. I have it connected to the OMNI 6+ keyer set to 30 wpm
