His problem was that 2.031 seemed to "stick" with TX OUT pulled low keying his amp even though the radio was in receive mode ?? (Is that even possible?) I've been playing with mine using the loop on

The Ten Tec keying loop in the 425 is probably different than the Ameritron. It is possible to hear with the linear in transmit, and in fact I did, just not very well. There is enough inter-electrode

This happened to me also. Radio was in the receive mode but the centurion amp was indicating that it was transmitting as the transmit light was on and I was seeing plate current. I have reloaded the

With the AL80B and Al1500, neither of which are QSK, I can hear pretty well when the Orion drops back into receive but the relays in the amps have not been released--sort of like having QSK in a non-
