I have a Omni D series C.  The 28.5 position on the band switch isn't working.  All the rest do and I have used this radio for several years daily.  I haven't tried to go to 28.5 in quite a long time

I have also seen it where the crystal contacts are a little oxidized, and inserting and removing the crystal helped the clean the contacts. I made the fix by following up with a tiny dab of Deoxit on
