A few years into using my Delta II the same issues popped up. and I sent it back to TenTec. They said that in the original runs there were soldering issues on the VCOs. The one that was a problem for

The solder on the VCO isn't the best. The fix is simple. I had to do this repair I On several delta IIs. Remove the pcb, it's under the sun chassis There are three VCOs. I usually work on all three.

Before you do anything else, check solder joints in vco 3 area on VCO board.....you will surely see some bad joints, or contaminated joints. Re solder anything in that are looking dull, or contaminat
