- Screen went dark, panel indicators and meter lamps went very dim and receiver went dead. Had bottom cover off, exposing the power distribution board. Phoned T-T fast 'cause it was almost closing time

- Hi Bob, I didn't know the extent of the problem. And I do run the rig everyday, most of the day. The replacement caps are physically bigger by 30-percent, with the same lead spacing. They are rated 3

- Concerning, (from Hank): "Roy - Bob -- I am uncomfortable about saying that "35 volt" capacitors are the solution. Now it turns out that in general 35 volt caps will have higher ripple current rating
