- I don't know, my Omni VI+ worked great with the Ten-Tec (Network Science) crystal ladder filters. Especially the 250Hz 2nd IF (6.3 Mhz) filter - it's amazing in removing noise. 73, Duane Duane Calvin

- After using a Collins S-line on SSB, I think 2.4 is a bit wide. Collins used a 2.1 standard. Don't forget that you have to realign the BFO and its warps to use the wider filter. More filters are avai

- ARRL measured rx audio passband of 1630hz on the 6+ due to af circuitry so a wider i.f. filter isn't going to buy you THAT much on receive. If you want more fidelity, the 6+ isn't a great choice with
