Hi, Has anyone on this list used the mic mod for the Orion shown on the Heil web site? I think I will do it-but have a question: One step says to Solder a #16 ground wire from pin 4 to chassis ground

You then will solder about a 6" # 16 gauge flexible wire (use a piece of heavy lamp cord) from Pin 4 to the Chassis ground tab which already has a # 16 wire that connects through the pc card onto the

On the back of the circuit board that has the 4 pin foster plug make sure that you cut the trace that is carrying the 9+ volts to pin #4. And then solder a wire (I would use 14ga wire-lamp cord) to p
