It helps if you can see the target set screw. Yes, hold a flashlight so that you can see the setscrew through the hole in the knob. Keep holding the flashlight and watching the setscrew while putting

I believe that the knob was designed by Ten Tec. They have their own in-house die making and injection molding capability. Plus, you will notice that the shaft diameter is not the standard 1/4 inch.
