I tried to update to ver 1.363 tonight. I now have no display . Here's what happened. Downloaded the update, and installed no problem. After I did the reset, all appeared OK, had display, heard audio

Jeff, The exact same thing happened to me, but I found a way to recover. Before you send the radio back, try this: 1. Turn off the radio. 2. Hold down the VFO-B LCK button (new command to clear RAM).
