My caps also didn't have any screws.  I used 10/32 screws that worked great. Be careful to use the correct length.  I had one of the threaded ends come loose. I had the reheat it and worked great.  I

Clayton, The 10/32 screws may perhaps fit but the Russians use the metric system. The screws are standard M5 (5mm). I'm sure you can get these in most hardware stores in the states. I recommend using
