Unfortunately, Orion's TX seems to operate "full QSK" all the time. There is a CW PTT input now, but TT choose not to use it to prepare TX for transmission. PTT is only used for external amp control.

Yes, except the QSK Delay adjustment seems to work like "VOX Hang". At 100% setting, it holds Tx mode for maybe 0.5 second. That's what I'd call semi-breakin. It would be interesting to check QRQ in

I'm not sure. You may have noticed: the Orion is a black box! :-) That's one reason this reflector is so busy. There was precious little mystery about my previous rig, the TS-520S. The schematic said
