Hello to all of you on the list. I picked up a Omni VI+ option #3 a few weeks ago. Radio works great and is loaded with filters for CW and SSB. I found that the radio is off freq by plus 0.07 in USB

If you are experienced aligning older radios (and prepared for snafu's that occasionally happen), I would suggest first aligning the bfo oscillators (described in the manual under TX Audio Board) and

Paul - I had to send mine into Ten Tec since the old xtal oven was shot and they replaced it with the newer TCXO. You might call them with the serial number to see if yours has the oven before trying

I use my accurately aligned K3 as my counter. Signal levels are perfect to feed the bfo oscillator test point directly into the RX ANT port of the K3. Barry N1EU _____________________________________
