Use a simple diode or gate. 1n4148 or 1n4001 will should do it. Tie diode anode together and this gets connected to amp. The individual cathodes get connected the respective transceiver. And you will

When one output is open collector, and the other is open contacts, wiring them in parallel makes a WIRE OR, and the diodes aren't needed as far as I can tell. It could be that the 1N4148 will have a
