- There is no RF Gain encoder - there's a multi purpose encoder that is used to adjust whatever control is highlighted by push button (RF Gain, Power, Mic, S-Tone, Mon, etc). Is he having problems with

- John, Give it a try. One year is when my started to act up. It took me about 4 years the find the problem. It reminds me of the problems we had with computer chips on the Apple II+ in the early 1980s
