- I like the metal cased speakers that came with the Motorola Micor or Motrac for communications radios. A speaker exposing top and bottom ports at equal distance may actually reduce the sound at thee

- Alan, The Paragon II audio bandwidth and fade controls seem to have more effect on the audio than the speaker. I get plenty of volume on my 962. Regards, Ed, N5EI ____________________________________
