- Well, true, but it is broke. And I know broke. Seems to work just fine, but when a load is impressed upon it, it goes wacky. I see about 6.7 vpp of ac on the filter cap, and yes tried another cap in

- Sorry, I missed that, didn't read as carefully as I should have. :) Even though you tried a cap, I still suspect the cap. But I DON'T think the chassis bond is part of the problem. 73, Jim K9YC _____

- Be sure the screws on the filter cap are very tight. Also tighten the screws in the bracket that hold the filter cap mounted to the chassis. 73 Bob K4TAX _____________________________________________
