- Check the 2 pin Molex connector on the radio. With multiple insertions and the current draw, the tin contacts are noted to heat and loosen and thus not make good contact with the cable contacts. L

- Thank you guys, I bypassed the Molex connector and the 565 was back to normal. Wired the 566 unit directly to the I/O backplane board and the occasional problem with driving its SGC500 also went away
