I just saw the Icom 7800 review for the first time. Without ragging on the reviewers, because I'm sure they are all good guys, this review tells me very, very little about the electronic performance

Right on! QST is getting to be like a lot of other hobby magazines. They never met a stinker piece of gear. The old saw, "If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all," seems to apply.
