In case anyone else is struggling with the need for additional comm ports, I finally found relief by ordering a 4 port PCI card from Byterunner Technologies at http://www.byterunner.com I now have 5

Like Duane, I've had marvelous success with the SIIG PCI card. It's very simple to set it up to the traditional COM port addresses and IRQs. Al, K2ZN I have had great success for the last year or so
