It sounds like your RCA cable acros the VFO in/out jumper is not pushed all the way in. You may have to actually turn in around some as you push in to help clean off any oxidation that may have occur

Hi Tim, so far, so good. Now you must put in one more jumper. At the socket into which the external VFO plug was to go, you need to jumper pins 2 and 6. Pin 2 has +12 volts on it, and pin 6 "enables

There is a 9 pin Accesory socket in the back. There is a jumper plug with 2 pins shorted (I don't remember which 2). This has to be in place in order to make the Corsair II work. You can get one from
