- Hi Doug That is the same setup that I am using. The ground plane consistent of an aluminum plate 1/4" X 2' square that has 60 radials attached that are 50 - 100 feet long. I also have a 30 meter vert

- Hi Russell, I also use the inverted L. It is feed direct with 8214. I cut it long, tossed it over two trees and then trimmed it to where I had 1.5:1 from 1.800 to 2.000. You will need lots of radials
