The op last night obviously changed technique. He would give the station's callsign a half dozen times before sending the report. This allowed plenty of time for everyone to hear who he was calling.

I've been stuck on 49 states confirmed for LoTW 160m CW for quite a while (have worked all 50 many times over). So far nobody from ND has posted their log on LoTW. Are there any of you out there? 73,
