- I have a 450 foot beverage that points toward the US mainland. I use it on all bands between 15m and 160m for both local (NVIS) communication and DX. It is about 12 above the ground on bamboo poles.

- I made one out of a FT240 core because it was the only thing I had in stock. At 2 MHz you really don't care so much about the high frequency properties. I have 13 trifilar turns. Since you don't care
