Scott, I use the 8-ele array, and there is absolutely no coupling to the unfed elements. This is because they are VERY short at least in my case (10ft) and nowhere near resonance. In my case they are

I would not think that it would be unsafe Javier. The safe field strength at 2 MHz is 60 V/m. You could put the antenna up, measure the field strength using a lower power, then make your conclusion
