The Commscope flooded quad-shield RG-6 I bought was was significantly less than 10 cents a foot, and that included shipping! For two 1000' rolls, two different sellers, months apart. Look at item # 1

Right. But it doesn't have two 97% copper braid shields. Remember that coax loss is I squared R below 500 MHz, so what matters is conductor resistance at the frequency of interest. As Tom has noted,
