This winter I plan to try various digital modes on 160m (JT65, WSPR, V4, PSKxx etc), but I have no idea where to transmit. Are there any established frequencies or frequency ranges on Top Band where

Don't knock it if you haven't tried it. While I haven't tried JT65 on 160 yet, I would like to do so. I've had considerable success working difficult paths with JT65 on 6M and on some of he HF bands.

The K3UK schedule website has quite a few "check ins" that are clamoring to work JT65 on 160 meters - so another "source" for info on JT65...just go to the K3UK web site and hang around for a while,

perspective comes from having a 160m band of only 40kHz (1810-1850), not 200 kHz like the US enjoys. The bottom half of this 40kHz spectrum is more or less made unusable by Fishing Buoy transmitters
