I used a Budwig HQ-1 center insulator on my 40-2CD. I just soldered some ring lugs to the ends of the stiff wire, bent them to shape, and screweded 'em on. Much easier to weatherproof a PL-259/SO-239

Ted My solution was to add an Idiom Press EZ-Rotor mod with serial IO to the rotor control. Now I can control the rotor from any PC on the net. (I actually have all three of my rotor on serial ports)
