A house I am looking at has a slightly peaked roof that is 32' high at the peak, but the roof has a 6' overhang (picture a log cabin where the roof sticks out 6'  in front and in back of the house).

More HOA "details" need to be worked out. How high above ground is the pivot point for the MA-850 MARB fold over base? 18-24" ? It may come down to me having to retract the tower, remove the antenna
