I was referring to Bush naming him as Chairman. I used the word appointed instead of "naming him" or "designated". If you would prefer "naming him" instead, that's fine with me. It's just semantics.

With respect to the "radial field", how essential is it to have the radials evenly spaced in a full circle? Or asked another way, if you can get 40-50 1/4 wave radials down, but you have to eliminate
