I differ, Ken. I've built a device that buries coax/cables/radials/control lines quite easily .. no digging necessary .. just a sled I pull behind my lawn tractor. As for putting cable in a tube/pipe
Jim, How about a couple of aluminum angle pieces [available at 'home stores'] attached to the pole with U-bolts, and using small standoffs made from PVC tubing [1" should do nicely] ? Don N8DE
If the tower is composed of 10' sections, it's Universal Tower, if the sections are 8' long, it's Heights. Either way, you should be able to disassemble it in place, IF you have access to a GOOD ginp

Despite being 'hand made' .. Heathkit coax switches [HD-1234?] are very good .. show very small insertion loss .. and are rugged. They may be what you are looking for. Don - N8DE
This is much simpler: After tightening the bolts in the rotor housing, place a large 'glob' of RTV silicone seal on the head of the bolt and filling the cavity in which it is mounted. Be generous! Wh
One other problem with the BN-86 balun is its tendency to 'short circuit' across the windings! This happened to me back in the 80's when I FIRST fired up my 15m yagi in the 'xmas tree' stack .. never
