Bill, If you have a schematic, you can see that the center of the rotator motor is grounded as well as the center of the indicator pot. They both go to pin 1. The other bigger wire goes to the brake

Rich, I think Tashjian Towers has them, but they are expensive. Over the years I have pressed out and replaced a half dozen or so of the bearings from the pulley. They are probably K8 or KP8 bearings
