Using a good inverted L can help if you can't get the height. Put us as much as you can vertical and the rest horizontal. With radials, it makes a good DX antenna. Tom W7WHY _________________________

Hi All Thinking about putting up a cage vertical for 80 meters. Would it be better to use insulated spreaders, like small PVC pipe, or pieces of aluminum tubing for spreaders. Thanks Tom W7WHY ______
