Terry, I used to have an 80m dipole that radiated the dump power from my 80m 4 Square. Dipole happened to be on edge of a drop off favoring NW where my 4 Square wasn't good because of all the towers

I don't know about putting it in the middle of the 4 Square. I wouldn't do that but shouldn't be a problem to run a coax to another antenna a hundred feet away it maybe even a flat dipole up as high

Gary, My first thought would be to cut off whatever length you would need of 25G tower, if it would fit over the post. If it would not fit, I would somehow shim 45G so it was tight after telescoping

I would make a trip to the CATV providers in the area and see if I could get free hardline, replace it with something less likely to ever have a problem, match the antenna to 75 ohms at antenna feed
