If you place the tension gauge on Phillystran, would you get the same reading as EHS cable? Yes. They're in series so the tension would be the same. If you're using a Loos tension gauge, the only one

Doesn't the Loos infer the tension by measuring the lateral bending of the cable under a given amount of load? Seems to me that the much greater stiffness of EHS means that the readings would not be
