Have you used the TDR to see how far up the coax the problem is? If its showing "at the beam" - there is no way I know of to confirm what is the issue jus that its at the beam. Obviously, if the faul

Dead to me would mean no signals. Coax does not typically open unless physically cut which you could see. It is likely a connection issue or a balun. What type of balun are you using? Hopefully not a

Thanks for all the replies. My MFJ-259B does not have a TDR. When putting up the beams 3 years ago I did have a problem with a bad double connector. Replacing it cured the problem. I plan on replacin
