Gary, That's climbing the main section ... the new/offset section is the shorter piece visible just to the left. At this point it looks like the tower has two sections in the main and one on the lift

Hi Gary, I don't think he is climbing on the offset section. I think he is climbing on the second section after it has been bolted in place. I believe he is climbing to the top of the second section

He is climbing the Main. Attaching the pulley wires is the give away. Wouldn't make much sense to attach the SUPPORTING Wire to a section that is being supported my the trolley that is being supporte
