www.freightquote.com have it dropped at the terminal meet a guy with a tilt bed 'wrecker' at the terminal to unload, tilt the bed and slide it off. you may want some sections of 2" or so pipe to roll

Try BAX Air... I have shipped 10 foot long cartons weighing 100 lbs world wide. They pick up at your door and deliver to the recipient's door within 2-4 days. Shipping cost is very reasonable too....
