- I have assembly manual for this A3WS WARC beam in PDF format and I can't read the dimension from centre of the driven element to the end of EB tube. Is it 38" or is it 36"? Or better yet what is dist

- I am refurbishing my A3WS WARC beam. Is it a good idea to UV protect the center fibreglass insulator with black paint? What is the recomendet protection of fiberglass against UV? Andy - VA3PL _______

- I've had the same center insulator on my A3s since 1988. Don't see any need to protect it. Some paints are conductive or partially so I'd avoid paint. I suppose a good coat of a better brand of elect

- Andy: I used good Scotch 88 electrical tape around the exposed section of the center fiberglass insulator on my D40 dipole. But remember to cut the end - don't stretch it until it breaks. 73 de Gene

- I treated my center piece of my A-3 the same way I treated the fiberglass in my KLM antennas. I either wrapped electrical tape or used liquid tape to protect it from the Florida sun. It does tend to
