- I have made progress. The gear has been removed. However, now the shaft key is keeping me from removing the entire gear assembly. There should be a slot for the key to slide through, but there isn't.

- It has been a while since I have had to replace a TIC gear or motor so I cannot remember the details other than I removed the top screw and used a small gear puller. Anyway your motor may be differen
