RE: Yaesu 1000SDX. I've had 2 Tailtwisters and a Yaesu 1000 all failed. I have a Pro-57 and decided to go with the PROSISTEL Big Boy PST 61. So far so good. I hope this is the last rotor I ever have

Been an owner of the G1000DXA for few years. Only one small problem due to nearby lightening hit, took out the potentiometer inside the rotor. Fairly simple replacement at around $23 for the part and
