- I don't think there was a boom, at least not on the base, 2 element antenna. If I am remembering the correct antenna it had a spider center with just enough spacing to mount to the last, then 2 sets

- Hi Mike, I'm not sure I follow your description but you mention spreaders in a triangle. Are you meaning, rather than a tubular spreader arm, you've got some that are made of three individual Fiberg

- Jon/Jim: Thanks. It is a Gem Quad. The link to the directions showing the Tridelic" arms confirms the design. And, yes, Jon, the arms are three rods webbed together to form a triangle. --73, Mike, WV
